Position Overview
Eagle Ridge Academy (ERA) is seeking a dynamic High School Technology Teacher to lead engaging, hands-on courses such as STEM, Robotics, Computer Science, Video Game Design & Programming, Cybersecurity, and Interactive Technology. This role offers the opportunity to inspire students through real-world applications while helping expand innovative programming that prepares students for college and high-demand technology careers.

Compensation/Salary:
Bachelor’s Degree: $52,000-$73,474.64/yr - no experience cap!
Master’s Degree: $56,000-$79,126.53/yr - no experience cap!
As a public charter school, ERA maintains its own board-approved salary schedule and does not follow surrounding district pay scales. Placement is based on education and verified experience.

Required Qualifications:
Valid Colorado Department of Education teaching license, a valid Career & Technical Education (CTE) Authorization, or enrollment in an alternative licensure program by start date.
Endorsement or demonstrated background in technology, computer science, engineering, robotics, cybersecurity, or related field.
Ability to teach courses such as STEM, Robotics, Interactive Technology, Computer Science, Video Game Design & Programming, Cyber Security, etc.
Ability to sponsor Robotics Club/Team and/or the Technology Student Association (stipend provided)
Ability to handle many complex tasks simultaneously.
The ability and interest to be part of a high-functioning team. (Having respect and trusted colleagues, preferably as teammates, makes the demands of teaching sustainable.)
The ability and interest to learn continuously and to adapt to changing circumstances (student characteristics, curriculum, and so on).
A belief in empowering all children as owners of their own learning.
